Aharonian v. Trigild Management Services Incorporated and Insperity PEO Services. L.P., Case No. 15-CV-01434-JLS-BGS

On June 30, 2015, the employment attorneys at Zeldes Haeggquist & Eck, LLP filed a disability discrimination and wrongful termination complaint under the Family Medical Leave Act against Trigild Management Services Incorporated on behalf of a former Trigild employee. The employee alleges that after he took approved medical leave for his own serious health condition, Trigild recruited and hired another person to replace him, and then wrongfully terminated his employment on the day he returned from medical leave.
