Fudge v. HG Motorsports, LLC, Case No. 37-2015-00033992-CU-WT-CTL

On October 8, 2015, the employment attorneys at Zeldes Haeggquist & Eck, LLP filed a whistleblower and wrongful termination complaint against HG Motorsports on behalf of a former HG Motorsports employee.  The employee alleges that his employment with HG Motorsports was wrongfully terminated after he asked to be properly classified as a W-2 employee as he reasonably believed he was being misclassified as an independent contractor.
