Gagne-Maes v. SolarCity Corporation, Arbitration No. A210983-25 (Judicate West)

On February 23, 2015, the employment attorneys at Zeldes Haeggquist & Eck, LLP filed a disability discrimination and wrongful termination complaint against SolarCity Corporation on behalf of a former SolarCity employee.  The employee alleges that shortly after she took a required medical leave of absence to treat a serious medical condition, SolarCity refused to engage in the interactive process and just before her medical leave was scheduled to end, SolarCity wrongfully terminated her employment.
