Gibbs v. Sharp Healthcare d/b/a Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital, Case No. 37-2014-00042827-CU-WT-CTL

On December 18, 2014, the employment attorneys at Zeldes Haeggquist & Eck, LLP filed a race discrimination and wrongful termination action against Sharp Healthcare on behalf of a female employee who was wrongfully terminated because she reported to Sharp’s HR Department and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) that the Chief Nursing Officer was engaging in discriminatory actions against her.
