Gonzalez v. Kaiser Permanente, Case No. 37-2015-00019384-CU-WT-CTL

On June 10, 2015, the employment attorneys at Zeldes Haeggquist & Eck, LLP filed a disability discrimination and wrongful termination complaint against Kaiser Permanente on behalf of a woman whose employment was terminated due to her association with her disabled son. Plaintiff alleges that shortly after her disabled son complained to Kaiser about the medical care he was receiving at Kaiser, Kaiser retaliated against Plaintiff by wrongfully terminating her 12 year employment.
