On April 14, 2014, the employment attorneys at Zeldes Haeggquist & Eck, filed an age discrimination and wrongful termination action on behalf of a 76-year-old woman. After devoting nearly 20 years to working for La Quinta as a front desk sales representative, Plaintiff alleges La Quinta discriminated against and wrongfully terminated her employment because of her age and replaced her with a much younger employee.
