On May 15, 2014, the employment attorneys at Zeldes Haeggquist & Eck filed an age discrimination and wrongful termination action on behalf of a 58-year-old man. After 14 years of employment, Plaintiff alleges that Penske discriminated against and wrongfully terminated his employment due to his age and replaced him with a much younger employee.
